Hey, I'm Carolyn!

A few years ago, I quit a job I loved to travel to South America and see Machu Picchu.

You see - I had a deep desire inside me. I needed to make my life about more than just showing up to work everyday. I needed an adventure.

The decision wasn't easy, but it was fueled by years of suffering. This was the first opportunity I had where I felt healthy enough to travel and explore without fear or constraint around my chronic illness or my weight.

Multiple Sclerosis, an autoimmune disease that attacks the brain and spine, had controlled my abilities for years.

I was diagnosed at 20 years old and by the time I was 25, I was in severe daily pain, battling blurry vision and fatigue, and I was needing a cane more often than I wanted to admit.

In 2014, after losing the feeling on my right side for 4 months, I was forced on disability. That's when I'd finally had enough!

During that 4 months, I did my research and discovered what triggers MS. I learned how to restructure my diet, exercise routine, and mindset to negate those triggers and position myself for healing.

Within a year, I was able to ride in a bike marathon and within a few years, I was able to lose 145 lbs.... With minimal symptoms and the ability to fit in an airline seat, I couldn't wait another moment for my life to begin.

That's when I quit my job for the adventure of a lifetime!

Since then, I've been checking off my bucket list, one at a time, because if I can redesign my health and wellness, I know that I can redesign every facet of my life through the same principles. This is what I’ve learned, and now, this is what I want to share with you.

My old mission was to heal myself. Now that I've been completely symptom free for the past three years, my new mission is to share my knowledge of how to heal through self connection. I want everyone to know that you too can overcome your health concerns and live a life you absolutely love… It all begins from within.

Thank you for visiting my website. Poke around and if you have any questions or you’re interested in working with me, don’t hesitate to reach out!
